[THIS TUTORIAL IS FOR THIS PICTURE ONLY}
[SKILLS, ALTHOUGH CAN BE TAKEN FROM DOING THIS TUTORIAL ONTO OTHER PICTURES]

Tutorial:

FIRST DUPLICATE THE PICTURE!
(Leave The Duplicate Name As ‘Backround Copy’ And Press O.K)

[Eye Enhancing and Colour Change]
1.(0.12 – 0.17) Making sure your “Backround copy” Layer is highlighted select the Lasso tool And right click it, select the ‘magnetic lasso tool’ and then click anywhere at the edge of the iris, guide the mouse around the iris and it should stick to the edge because of the colour difference. At the end click once and hold down ‘Ctrl and C’ to copy then, press ‘Ctrl and V’ this will automatically create a new layer with only the eye in it (youll see this in your layer palette) hold ‘Ctrl and V’ again and you should see the eye pop up in a random place, drag that to cover the other eye, now you should have two new layers.

2. (0.17 – 0.45) Highlight the top layer (one of the eyes) and set the layer typ from Normal to ‘Soft Light’, Highlight the second from the top layer (The other eye) and do the same to the layer below. Now highlight the top layer again and hold down ‘Ctrl and U’ this will bring up the ‘Hue/Saturation’ window, move the Hue to whatever colour you desire and the saturation will either dull it or intensify the colour depending on where you put the slider.
Highlight the second to top layer yet agin and do the same.
WHen finished Right click the top layer and select merge down and do the same to the next one down, you should now be left with the Backround and The Backround Copy.

[Lashes]
3. (0.45 – 1.25) Download a brush set of lashes, I got mine from; www.obsidiandawn.com/eyelashes-photoshop -gimp-brushes , And load them, If you dont know how to load brushes check out my tutorial on “How To Load Brushes”.
After loading the brush, create a new layer NOT a duplicte layer , select the desired lash style and then resize it and rotate using Edit – Free Transform when thats done do the same for the other eye, for the bottom lashes do the same but when your in “Free Transform” Click the wee box at the top of the dotted line sorounding the lash and drag down then resize as please. When finished do the same as you did with the eyes in the sence of merging the two layers down.

[Eye Liner And Eye Shadow]
4.(1.28 – 1.52) Create a new layer and select it, Set your brush size to around 51px, Your opacity to 35% and your Hardess set to 0%, select your desired colour and apply with single clicks in desired area, dont be too picky about blotchyness. Using the lasso tool (L) select the area your eye shaddow (And liner [Using about 9px brush you can go round edges to define eyes]) and the include the places you want it to spread to and click Filter – Blur – Gaussion Blur at about a radius of 7.6 px, now the blur should not affect any other part of face because it s a completely different layer. Do the same to the other eye, I was lazy so I just selected the first eyeshadow layer, copied it and Horizantally flipped it to suit the other eye, you can do that if you want also,

FINISHED!
