If you combine doing things that promote the growth of long eyelashes and stop doing the things that prevent eyelash growth you will be able to grow longer eyelashes in no time!
First, let’s go over some of the no-no’s (what prevents long eyelashes):
Avoid using fake eyelashes — the glue can be bad for your lashes and overuse can cause your eyelashes to become fragile
If you use mascara don’t leave it on overnight – Mascara is known for causing eyelashes to fall out if it’s left on too long
Avoid using waterproof mascara – it’s the worst of all the mascaras when it comes to eyelash growth, and it’s also much harder to remove so you may also be removing eyelashes in the process
Now some of the do’s (what you can do to grow long eyelashes):
Eat a healthy diet or consider using dietary supplements – getting the vitamins your body needs for healthy eyelashes is really important
Manage the stress in your life – Stress can cause hair to fall out, that includes your eyelashes
Be gentle to your eyelashes — Avoid pulling or tugging on them
Now the most important part, Moisturize, moisturize moisturize! You can use vaseline, olive oil, vitamin E, Fish Oil or for the best results a quality eyelash growth enhancer.
