There are certain things you may be doing today that are preventing your eyelashes from growing.

If so you should really try to stop doing them until your eyelashes get back in shape. Or better yet stop doing them all together.

Some of the things that can be preventing eyelash growth include:

Using Mascara — If you use it too often, sleep with it on at night, are too rough when you remove it or use waterproof mascara you can be hurting your eyelashes.

Using and eyelash curler — If your eyelashes are brittle using an eyelash curler can cause your eyelashes to break off.

Some of the things you should do to grow eyelash back include:

Manage your stress – Stress can cause hair to fall out, yes including your eyelashes.

Eat a healthy diet — Giving your body the vitamins it needs can help promote eyelash growth.

Moisturizing your eyelashes — Dry eyelashes break off prematurely and moisturizing helps them lengthen, thicken and looking their best.
