@molsia Do you have a video showing your technique? If you don’t put the
glue on the lashes, where do you put them? I’m all new to this and this and
there is no sarcasm in my questions, but I’d really like ot know if there
is another more “correct” way to do this? Can you elaborate? TIA!

Can heated lash curlers be used on extensions?

Ive had several fills with Novolash and I don’t want to stop, they really

Using mink hair for eyelashes is far from cruelty free. They do brush the
mink without harming it yes, but they brush them before they are skinned
for coats. They are using the fallout hair prior to being killed. Mink
eyelash sellers always use this little loophole when justifying their
product.

If you have few lashes you it might be more beneficial to use clusters of
lashes instead of individual lashes. These clusters however go against the
bottom of your natural eyelashes and I don’t think many proffesionals use
this method (most only do individual lashes). There are do-it-yourself kits
(from Husssh for example) but it can be dangerous when you poke in your
eyes with the glue.

You can not use normal lash curlers but you CAN use heated lash curlers on
extensions. I am a certified lash extension technician based in England
(Milton Keynes).

Using less glue would make lashes look and feel more natural and it would
be better for natural lash health. I am a lash extension technitian based
in Milton Keynes UK.

There is no clumping when a technician is properly trained to do
extensions. Only the untrained would make that mistake. Using the right
amount of glue is key not less or more, it shouldn’t be clumpy and it
shouldn’t be so less that it comes off prematurely. Nova lash works with a
very different adhesive than other extensionists, it’s medical grade and
it’s permanent, the extensions shed with your own lash cycle. Other glues
used by others are semi-permanent.

Our eyelash cycles is like that it sheds every 90 days…so some of your
lashes are ready to shed while others are in the resting stage (medium
size) baby ones are in the growth stage. So that’s why Nova is awesome they
bond according to size and stage of the lash and so when the longest
extensions fall out with the shedding cycle it still looks great because
the others are bonded according to size while they grow they still look
great.

Whoa… That’s a lot of adhesive applied… I use the tiniest dot on the
end of the extension and the ‘painting method’ isn’t great when it comes to
fills and an extension needs to be removed and replaced with a new
extension. That much could possibly be damaging in my opinion
