I love drug store makeup! I love ELF and ELF is dollar makeup! I don’t
think price makes a difference sometimes and ELF cosmetics is the huge
example. Their brushes are soo great!

These are only for lashes. Talika has a formulation for brows, but I
haven’t tried it yet. I hope this helps!
